G.C. is a nationally recognized, award-winning expert in leadership, diversity, and nonprofit and association management. He delivers high-level motivational keynotes, presentations, and workshops that provoke audiences to evaluate their processes and ideas. G.C. graduated from FIU's Honors College as a Presidential Scholar. He matriculated to the Florida State University where he earned his Juris Doctor and was a Mason Ladd Scholar and Calvin Patterson Scholar. In addition to owning his firm, he is Special Counsel to a multimillion dollar trade association and has helped direct more than $75M in political giving.

GC.'s mentorship of others has since grown into a full executive coaching program. G.C. leverages his network to deliver innovative and personal solutions to help inspire permanent growth.
